Shabbat Shalom! This week’s Torah Portion is Noach, Genesis 6:9-11:32. I hope you will join us for Shabbat Services this week: Friday, October 24, at 7:30 p.m.
Torah Question of the Week:
Have you ever had to decide whether or not to destroy something you have created? Have you ever been so unhappy with the result of your work that you felt it was better to start over? In this week’s portion, God decides that the only way to rid the earth of corruption and lawlessness is to bring a flood that will kill every living creature save Noah and his family and the pairs of animals he brings into the ark. How do you think God felt about this? How have you felt when you have needed to create something anew? Is there another way?

We hope to see you this week at services! Shabbat Shalom!
