Shabbat Shalom! This week’s Torah Portion is Eikev, Deuteronomy 7:12–11:25. I hope you will join us for Shabbat Services this week: Friday night at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday morning service at 10:00 a.m.

Torah Question of the Week:

Have you ever felt tested by circumstances you have faced? Or by a person who wants to see if you are up for a particular task or role? How did you feel? In this portion, Moses tells the Israelites that their travels in the wilderness for forty years had been a test to know whether they would keep God’s commandments.  If you know something is a test, do you act differently? How do you figure out whether it is a test or not?
