Shabbat Shalom! This week’s Torah Portion is T’rumah, Exodus 25:1-27:19.
I hope you will join us for Shabbat Services this week! Friday, February 28, at 7:30 p.m. is our Scout Shabbat, a special recognition of Jewish scouts and the connection between their work in the community and Judaism and Jewish organizations. For security purposes and for our Oneg counts, we ask that everyone who is planning to come to RSVP, even if you are a “regular”. You can do so by calling the office or by going to https://my.linkpod.site/Scout-Shabbat-Bnai-Shalom. Thank you!
We will also have our usual Shabbat morning services on Saturday, March 1, at 10:00 a.m.
Torah Question of the Week:
What inspires you to give to a cause? Is it the purpose, the person asking, or perhaps a personal connection to the organization and/or its mission? In this week’s Torah portion, the text begins with the instruction that God will accept gifts for the Mishkan – the Tabernacle – from every person whose heart so moves them. What is it that makes your heart move you to give? How do you communicate that to the organizations and people who need our support?

I hope to see you at services! Shabbat Shalom!
